Is sending a roach to my ex legal?

Can I get in trouble for this?

No. As long as you're not violating a restraining order or targeting a protected individual, sending a novelty gift is completely legal. We're not responsible for misuse of our service.

Are the roaches safe?

Yes! All roaches are crafted for realism and completely safe. They pose no health risk and are completely mess-free and safe.

Is it really anonymous?

Absolutely! We never include sender information. The package uses a generic return address with no branding or identifying marks. Your identity is completely protected.

Can they find out it was me?

No! We don't keep records of who sent what to whom. Even if your ex contacts us, we have no way to identify you. The only email we collect is for order confirmation.

What if they contact the police?

This is a legal novelty gift. Police won't investigate legal mail. The package contains no threats or illegal content - just novelty roaches and a novelty certificate.

Do you keep my information?

We keep minimal information (your email for order confirmation) for 90 days, then permanently delete it. We never sell or share your data.

Are these real cockroaches?

All our roaches are shockingly realistic novelty roaches, crafted for maximum impact. We use high-quality replicas selected for maximum impact.

Can I add a custom message?

Yes! Most packages include a custom note or letter option - the Nuclear Option, both Valentine's packages, and the Thanksgiving Special. Keep it clean(ish) - we reserve the right to reject inappropriate messages.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

No - the whole point is discrete, anonymous delivery. Fancy wrapping would defeat the purpose!

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically arrive in 3-5 business days via USPS.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our facility in Livonia, Michigan. We serve all 50 states.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States due to customs regulations regarding novelty roaches.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE on all orders! The price you see is the total price.

Will I get tracking?

Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can follow along with the delivery!

What if they refuse the package?

Packages are delivered like regular mail and left at the address. Refusal is rare since it looks like ordinary mail until opened.

What if the address is wrong?

Contact us immediately at revenge@roachmyex.com. If we haven't shipped yet, we can update the address. Once shipped, we can't change it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through Stripe.

Is checkout secure?

Yes! We use Stripe for payment processing, which is PCI-compliant and bank-level secure. We never store your credit card information.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, the revenge train has left the station! Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

What's your refund policy?

Due to the nature of our service, all sales are final once shipped. We only offer refunds if we're unable to fulfill your order.

Do you offer coupons?

What if the roaches arrive damaged?

We package very carefully, but if roaches arrive damaged, contact us with photos and we'll send replacements free of charge.

What if the package never arrives?

Contact us with your tracking number. If USPS shows it as lost, we'll send a replacement at no charge.
